Dr. Robert Pacione
Dr. Robert Pacione is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Sc. Biology, 1986), and Howard University College of Dentistry (Doctor of Dental Surgery, 1992). He did his postgraduate residency in advanced general dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (Montefiore Hospital) in 1993.
Dr. Pacione entered private practice in 1993, and worked as an associate at Parkway Dental and as a dental consultant at Danforth Dental before opening his own practice, Scotia Plaza Dental Centre. He has been at Brock North Dental Services since 2001.
He is a member of several dental and professional organizations, including the Ontario Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Global Institute for Dental Education.
Dr. Pacione has extensive experience in Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontics, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also skilled in laser dentistry. His article on drug allergies appeared in the Journal of the American Dental Association.
He has continued his dental education with advanced-level courses in laser dentistry, bone grafting, and soft tissue management.
In his spare time, Dr. Pacione, an automotive fan, researches, restores, and races classic cars. He has been a race car driving instructor and semi-pro driver for over 17 years. Profiled in many magazines and television shows, Dr. Pacione has been credited as the “fastest dentist” in at least one car racing enthusiast magazine.
